The LucyCo Advantage
Based in midtown Sacramento, LucyCo Communications provides public outreach, community relations and facilitation services. We represent clients in the water, wastewater, flood control, energy, land-use, transportation and construction industries, to name a few.

Established in 1995, our firm has implemented nearly one thousand public outreach projects throughout northern California. When it comes to clients, we form long-term relationships due to our integrity, strategic counsel and exceptional service.
