Meeting Randy Brink...

"Randy Brink. You gotta love him! He gives at least 15 hugs a day and ALWAYS says “you look so nice today, Luc.” He’s the best and I feel blessed that he’s chosen LucyCo as one of his places to “work.”

I met Randy over the phone in 1992. I’d been duped into heading up the Camellia Festival parade, having been told, “it won’t take much time and it practically runs itself ... Another day for that story. The one bright spot was always “this guy, Randy” who called every day wanting to know his parade day responsibilities.

When Randy arrived, he already had a ham radio and t-shirt. He wanted to know his title and duties. But, he was clear on one thing ... he reported to me that day because “Lucy was in charge, the head of the parade.”

Fast forward 16 years ... Randy visits the LucyCo office frequently in his role as facilities manager. He always brightens our day with his smile, great stories and cheerful outlook. I hope you enjoy his site."
